Essentials You Should Know to Help Make Your Spa Experience Perfect!

Hours & Location

We are available for private appointments only. Our hours of operation are Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm. We are located in Beverly Hills at 223 S. Beverly Drive, South of Wilshire Blvd. between Charleville Blvd. & Gregory Way on the West side of S. Beverly Drive. See Map & Directions.

Parking

Metered parking is available on South Beverly Drive, if your appointment lasts longer than the 1 hour maximum there is a 2 hour free parking garage across the street. See more Parking info.

Scheduling Reservations

Call for reservations and a credit card number is needed to book a date and time.

Arrival times

Try and arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, we have a quiet waiting area infused with the scents of candles and sounds of our fountain.

Cancellation Policy

We require cancellations be made by phone and not through email or by leaving a message on our answering machine. A 50% of the treatment cost will be charged to the client for all missed non-canceled appointments, 25% of the treatment cost will be charged to the client for all appointments canceled within 24 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment.

Gift Certificates

Spa gift certificates are available in monetary denominations or for particular treatments or treatment packages.

Credit Cards accepted

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Personal or business checks are not accepted at this time.

Package Treatments

Combinations of treatments are available, please call our staff to arrange for a custom treatment package to be made especially for you.

Special Events & Private Parties

If you are interested in hosting a spa party or special corporate event at Piel Skin Care be sure to contact our staff to arrange all the necessary details for the perfect event at our our Beverly Hills spa studio.

Attire

Please feel free to arrive in your casual or business attire, you will be given a private area to change into the spa robe for your treatment.

Gratuities

The customary gratuity for all spa services is between 15% and 20%. Please tip your therapist as you see fit.

Personal Property

We will place your personal belongings in a secure area while you are receiving your treatment.

Returns and Credits

We will graciously accept returned Facial Care Products; within 30 days of the date of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt; for refund of the purchase price. After 30 days, only a credit for merchandise will be issued. Please note that essential oils, bath products, candles and gift items are not returnable. However, if unopened an returned within 30 days with the original receipt, they may be exchanged for a merchandise credit of equal value.

Quiet, Please

Please be mindful of other Guests' space. While you are certainly welcome to engage in quiet conversation, please refrain from loud talking. Our studio is a place where many guests savor a much-needed private moment to read, meditate, or simply to relax. Please turn off all cell phones or PDA's before entering the spa.
